We wanted to book the venue and photographer as soon as possible, so that we would get our first choice on both. But being in England, it was very hard to choose a photographer without visiting them. So again, we trawled the internet, website after website. After a while, a lot of websites look the same. But we were looking for someone who would have a modern twist on their photography, didn't just show the usual 'Mum-Dad-Bride-Groom' shots, and when I stumbled on Ben Clark's website, I knew I had found it. Ben's website showed so many different types of photos that no-one else had on their websites. The way he communicated was young and vibrant - he sent us emails, worked in with the time difference between England and Australia, and even mailed us a DVD as an example of what he could do. We were sold, and much to our friends' amazement, we booked a photographer from overseas, without meeting him or sending anyone to meet him for us. I guess we 'just knew' on this one too!
